Shipping Modes – Products & Prasad

We offer both domestic (within India) and international shipping options. Our goal is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your spiritual products or Prasad using standard or express shipping methods. However, availability of shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country or the nature of the product, in accordance with international shipping regulations.


Shipping Timelines

For Products:

  • Domestic Shipping (India):

    • Shipping originates from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 7 working days after the order date (to include energization time).

    • Estimated delivery time: 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Shipping:

    • Dispatch begins 7 working days from the order date (after energization).

    • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination.

For Special Services (Prasad/Products):

  • Shipping begins 7 working days after the completion of all rituals in the selected service/package.

  • During large events or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer due to the time required to receive Prasad from sacred Powerspots.

  • We appreciate your understanding during such delays.

Note: These are estimated timelines, and actual delivery may vary based on customs clearance and unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product dimensions

  • Weight

  • Shipping destination

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

If your order is part of a service package or Homa booking that includes Prasad delivery, and you're eligible for free shipping, this will be clearly mentioned on the product/service page.

DivineSpiritualStore.com is not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges, duties, or taxes imposed during international shipping.


Order Tracking

You can track your order by logging into your DivineSpiritualStore.com account and navigating to the “My Orders” section. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

To track your shipment:

  1. Visit the India Post website (or relevant courier partner's site).

  2. Enter your tracking number for real-time updates.

Tracking info is dependent on updates shared by the shipping provider. Kindly be patient as status updates may take time.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support within 2 working days from the date of receipt.

We will:

  • Initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier

  • Request supporting documentation (e.g., unboxing video, photos, or damage report) to process your claim
