Order Cancellation

How do I cancel an order?

Divine Spiritual Store values customer satisfaction as paramount, and adopts complete transparency in the Order Cancellation process. To satisfy our customers' needs, we have a very liberal "Return Policy" on purchases made from our website. In the unlikely event of the customer expressing dissatisfaction with the authenticity or quality of the products purchased from us, we will initiate the process for a refund of the product value. However, please note that:

 The product purchased should be returned to us within one week of delivery at the customer's own cost.

 Any FREE GIFTS provided along with the original product purchased will also have to be returned.

 Divine Spiritual Store will not reimburse the shipping charges.

 Refunds are always issued to the original account of payment, from which Divine Spiritual Store received payment for the product being returned.

Online Cancellation Details

Customers cannot initiate online cancellations from their order log. Instead, they are advised to contact the CRM team regarding their cancellation request or for any cancellation-related questions/clarifications.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Customers may need to allow a minimum of 1-2 business days for their request to be processed for cancellation of item(s) and 3-4 business days for the refund to be initiated. We will send an email notifying the customer of the status, and the refund will be processed soon after we receive the canceled item(s) back in good shape. However, if customers opt to have the money transferred back to their bank account, the process will entail a period of 7-10 business days for the refund to be realized, after the returned item(s) have been received.

Can I cancel a part of the order?

No. The customer cannot cancel a part of the order.

Who should a customer contact to get the money transferred to their bank account for the cancelled product?

Please send an email to support@astroved.com with your bank account information, like the Beneficiary's name as it appears on the Bank Account, Account Number, Bank Name, Branch Name, IFSC code, and your mobile number to facilitate speedy action.

How do I return an item purchased from Divine Spiritual Store?

Divine Spiritual Store has created a simple refund policy, keeping our customers' best interests in mind. Please note that the customer, however, must send the product back in its original condition without any damage, at his/her own cost through courier. Divine Spiritual Store will under no circumstances be liable for a refund if the product is found to be tampered with, damaged, or defective in any way when received by us.

How will I get my Money Back if I have paid via COD?

Once your request is registered at our end, and we have received the product back from you in good condition, we shall transfer the money to your bank account via NEFT.
